Refund Policy

We want you to love your Luno Home experience.  
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- You must contact us before sending the product back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.  
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error
